1. Conduct performance tests on the motor according to professional standard testing methods and user requirements. It adopts two control modes: operation panel and PC. When not controlled by PC, the system can be run and the motor can be tested through the timer, counter, motor load adjustment knob, DC power knob and button on the operation panel.
2. The system software is developed in VB language and runs on the Windows 2000 Chinese platform. The interface for operating and setting industrial computer software is user-friendly, with rich data and graphical display, and stable and reliable operation.
3. Conduct experiments to test the overall performance of the motor:
Power test parameters: Motor: Voltage: 0-30VDC, Current: 0-50A; Water pump, magnetic powder clutch: voltage 24VDC, current 10A;

Test requirements: The load can be adjusted within 0-20Nm, the motor can rotate in both forward and reverse directions, the load does not change during operation, and the motor runs at 360 ° C; Adjustable within the range, the holding time when operating at the end damping device can be adjusted. Water can be sprayed during motor operation, or not sprayed, and can be sprayed continuously. When the motor is stuck, a certain amount of water can be sprayed for a certain period of time, with an adjustable water spray rate of 0-8L/min.
