1. This project is a multi head locking screw process, using precision guide rods as guide supports and 8 Rexroth screw guns. The entire process is automatically completed, with torque monitoring and abnormal pressure error reporting to ensure product quality.

2. Replace the current manual alignment of two screw drivers on the production line, and manually tighten for locking operations. Reduced labor intensity, improved safety and production efficiency, and avoided deviations in product quality caused by cumbersome processes.
